We are looking for an experienced Director of Talent Acquisition to lead and grow our recruiting efforts across a variety of technical and business functions. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing team of recruiters and creating innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in areas such as AI, machine learning, data science, engineering, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic plan to attract and hire exceptional talent across diverse functional areas, including AI, machine learning, data science, engineering, and business leadership.
  • Sourcing and Talent Mapping: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using a variety of sourcing techniques, industry insights, and strategic partnerships to identify top candidates for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews, reference checks, and evaluations to identify candidates who align with the company’s values and needs. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner closely with hiring managers across the organization to understand their hiring needs and ensure that recruitment efforts are aligned with business goals.
  • Offer Management and Negotiation: Lead the negotiation process, including compensation, benefits, and other key terms, to secure top candidates.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Build and manage a strong team of recruiters, providing coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to ensure success in meeting recruitment goals.
  • Executive Search Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify, attract, and hire exceptional executive talent across various functional areas, including AI, machine learning, data science, engineering, and business leadership.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 5+ years of experience in executive recruiting (e.g., recruiting senior-level or C-suite talent).
  • Strong understanding of the technology sector, with experience recruiting for roles in AI, machine learning, data science, or other technical fields.
  • A well-established network of candidates across various industries and roles, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience using Greenhouse Recruiting (ATS) and other recruitment tools to drive efficiency and improve recruitment processes.

California Pay Range
$201,000—$250,000 USD
