Medicare Sales Agent at Clover Health


This role is for a subsidy of Clover Health, Seek Medicare. Seek Medicare is simplifying the Medicare shopping experience.

As a sales agent, you are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial edge and have a passion for selling. You hold yourself accountable to the highest compliance standards and know the role of a good salesperson is to educate the customer on the best options available to them. You'll be responsible for managing and closing inbound web and telephonic leads from across the country and need to be comfortable using technology and data to drive your sales process.

As a Sales Agent, you will:

Manage the full life cycle of leads that are generated through Marketing and Sales activities. 

Conduct virtual Medicare sales presentations with individuals. 

Deliver the value proposition and selling points of multiple private medicare insurers’ products to a wide spectrum of Medicare eligibles.

Be accountable for reaching challenging lead management targets and manage sales cycle development and reporting within a shared CRM.

Surface significant shifts or developments in each market to sales team leadership, getting ahead of market changes that may impact sales targets and performance.

You are a fully licensed sales agent in at least one state.

You have served in a field or inside sales role (preferred).

You have a high level of relationship management experience.

You have strong presentation skills in-person and over the phone.

You are comfortable using technology to track your sales funnel and improve your sales approach over time.

You are capable of working from home, i.e. you have reliable internet connection, quiet place to conduct calls and are able to set up your computer and work environment with remote guidance.
