Clinical Sales Partner (Contract) at Clover Health

Clover is a Medicare Advantage plan working to develop strong member relationships which help us drive better outcomes for our members in living their best lives. We rely on the strength of our enrollment teams to ensure that Clover Health’s members are enrolled into the right clinical programs, at the right time. These programs have been shown to improve members’ health outcomes and experience of care, which is especially important in today’s COVID pandemic, where many patients have lost access to their usual sources of care. The need for our clinical programs is greater than ever.

As a Clinical Sales Partner, you will:

Work remotely and independently to achieve the desired metrics as defined by your contractual agreement.

Drive and build rapport with our medicare population through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts. 

Educate and effectively communicate the value of our clinical programs and offerings, successfully enrolling members into them. 

Develop and refine sales strategies and techniques to inform and yield high conversion rates.

Ensure and be held accountable for meeting daily enrollment targets and productivity objectives.

Record and document all efforts to allow for funnel and metric tracking as well as, overall customer relationship management. 

Foster relationships with our medicare population with the utmost integrity to ensure the needs of our members are being met.

You have proficient administrative and computer skills, especially in Google Apps (Mail, Calendar, Sheets, etc.). Experience in SalesForce is a plus.

You are flexible and nimble in ever-changing, ambiguous environments.

You have excellent customer service and communication skills.
