CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE at Ruby Ribbon

The successful candidate will be a key part of Ruby Ribbon’s efforts to provide superior service and provide support needed to customer and Stylist base.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver superior service and provide support needed to ensure 100% Stylist and customer satisfaction via email, phone and office visits
  • Be an expert on our procedures, order entry system, Stylist promotions, and products so that you can resolve any Stylist and customer issues
  • Develop a strong rapport with the Stylist base
  • Track and ensure orders are delivered within Ruby Ribbon's delivery standards
  • Thoroughly document issues and resolutions in our contact management system
  • Participate in initiatives to continually improve our support offering
  • Respond to customer emails within 1 business day
  • Process new orders and returns/exchanges
  • Work on special projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • College Degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience required
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with little direction
  • Experience using Gmail, Google documents and all Microsoft programs
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast past, high-energy office environment
  • Excellent verbal communications skills
  • Excellent written communication skills Able to compose detailed and positive emails quickly with high level of accuracy
  • Experience using e-commerce order entry systems or equivalent. Knowledge of Zendesk, Basecamp, and Highrise is a plus
  • Strong computer, smart phone and Internet browser skills
  • Be available between 8am to 6pm and occasional nights and weekends
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
