LeaseLock is seeking a Sr. Manager, Product Management to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting to the COO, the PM (Sr. Manager, Product Management) is responsible for the innovation, product definition, roadmap planning and design of new products and features to deliver against team and company goals. The PM is a team player who effectively integrates, motivates and builds relationships with cross-functional team members, key stakeholders, executives, and other individuals or organizations involved with the implementation. The PM uses data to empower decision-making and inform product direction that builds towards our ambitious product vision.
As the Sr. Manager, Product Management you will work in close partnership with LeaseLock Account Management, Risk, Operations, and Engineering teams. You will be responsible for strategically planning and executing all new product initiatives which include technical system setup and operational process implementation. You will ensure status, risks, open issues and decisions are tracked and all stakeholders are informed in a timely manner. The PM will collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate product vision and priorities to multiple stakeholders and drive the business forward.

3+ years of early-stage startup experience
3+ years of product marketing experience helping to create enterprise-grade partnership and go-to-market strategies alongside account management team
2+ years with BI tools (Periscope, Mode, Heap), including creating/optimizing your own SQL queries
2+ years of management experience with direct reports
2+ years of cross-functional team management
Structured, data-driven thinking coupled with creative problem-solving skills
Experience with JIRA and Project Management tools similar to Asana or similar
Strong expertise of multifamily and managing large clients (+20k unit portfolios)
Strong leadership, mentorship, management and career development skills and experience
3+ years of technical software engineering skill in any language or framework
Proficient in design software such as Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator and knowledgeable on design best practices and design trends
