Digital Marketing Manager at Retention Science

We're looking for a self-starter marketing professional who can come up with creative and unique ideas for digital lead generation and company branding, while being able to execute quickly and efficiently and continuously measure and optimize. The ideal candidate should be able to work autonomously on multiple projects with limited supervision and have a strong passion for learning.
You will be researching, executing, managing and evaluating marketing, advertising, and editorial campaigns. You will work with all departments across the business: sales, client success, product, engineering, and data science to understand needs and produce marketing materials including blog posts, case studies, videos, webinars, etc. You will manage co-marketing with our various technology and business partners. You will manage advertising budget and campaigns. You will also support the company's website and social media presence. You can do it all.

Required Skills:

    • 3-5 years in SaaS technology marketing
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - you can write effective website and newsletter copy, as well as a 500 word blog post
    • Experience with SEO, SEM, Analytics, Inbound
    • Experience partnering with sales teams to optimize lead generation campaigns and processes
    • Experience with Wordpress, Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Analytics and ad networks like Google, Facebook and Linkedin
    • Excellent logistical and project management skills
    • Familiar with HTML/CSS
    • Light graphic design skills using Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign (banner ads, landing page and email graphics)

Nice to have:

    • Experience with eCommerce and retail industry, and B2B marketing
    • Knowledge of the AI / machine learning space
    • Have worked closely with sales teams previously
    • Have a good eye for design
    • Have experience running customer interviews
    • Have experience with event planning
