Account Manager at What3Words

You will work in the business development team at what3words, supporting partners to roll out and implement 3 word addressing across organisations and countries.

You will have responsibility for some of the biggest brands with which we work, and for stimulating consumer use of 3 word addresses through our partnerships in key geographies.

It is likely that you will have come from an account management role in a marketing or advertising agency, or have worked in a consumer-focused sector, as you will need to understand how to support partners of what3words to inspire and educate their customers, increasing use of 3 word addresses around the world.


You will have:

  • worked in a startup, scale-up or an alternative fast-paced and flexible environment
  • demonstrable success in building long-term relationships and delivering success for / with clients
  • experience and understanding of sales, marketing and communications
  • an excellent understanding of what3words, with ideas for how we can grow our consumer adoption through business partnerships
  • an agile mind with the ability to think and react quickly, with consistently good judgement

You will be:

Extra points if you have

  • worked with or account managed consumer brands
  • ever written any code or created/sold a technology product
  • a track record of converting new business into sustained revenue
  • speak another language or have lived/worked abroad
  • done something unusual outside of work (like cycling around the world or setting up a business on the side)
