The Sales Operations Leader will lead in the development of a best-in-class business development organization while building a scalable sales operation. This individual must be a creative, hands-on leader with proven track record and a legacy of driving sales over-achievement. This individual will work collaboratively with the business development leadership team and with other internal functional organizations to coordinate all sales activities and programs necessary to drive a synergistic, high-performing, team-oriented, ethical culture.
In collaboration with business development, develops and drives the weekly sales forecast process. Maintains strong relationships with field management to ensure timely, accurate, and prompt sales forecasts. Uses knowledge of company products, services, support and technology to drive the business development operations activities that achieve company goals. Organizes market analysis where appropriate to support the sales planning cycle. Interacts closely with the President, senior finance leadership and other senior management to set company policy regarding sales operations. Together with Finance and HR, manages and is involved with designing the company's commission incentive plans. Establishes quotas that support the financial plans of the business.
