As the IT Systems Administrator, you’ll be responsible for monitoring and maintaining all computer systems and networks within HealthTap. This includes network systems, employee laptops and their software maintenance.



Your role will be pivotal to the ongoing operational efficiency of HealthTap as a company.



Job Responsibilities:


Maintain the security of HealthTap network and ensure secure access to network resources.

Provide IT support in terms of user provisioning, and procuring supplies, such as laptops.

Troubleshoot IT issues related to software applications and laptop computers.

Participate in new hire orientation and ensure that the provisioning process is smooth.

Generate self-help documents that empower employees to fix minor problems themselves.

Help with asset management and tracking of laptops and devices.

Required Skills:

User provisioning to corporate applications and network systems using LDAP/SSO

Familiarity working with Google Suite and AWS

Setting up and maintaining office network, including firewall and VPN

Experience with administration of Linux systems and Macs

Familiarity with SSH and scripting languages for remote administration

Asset inventory management

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in a similar role

Diploma, certificate, or college degree
