The Vice President, Enterprise Solutions role is responsible for business development resulting in sales and revenue growth within a defined geography. Specifically, the position is responsible for selling HealthTap’s HOPES™ platform to Enterprise Partners which include either Health Systems, Payors or Employers. The HOPES™ platform is a multi-million dollar solution that is sold to the C Suite of large enterprises and requires the abiiity to manage large complex sales processes.
Principal duties and responsibilities:
New Business Growth
Consultative, strategic and conceptual selling capabilities and skills.
Identifies key new business opportunities within a defined geography.
Establishes and leverages relationships with executives and key decision makers with prospective partners.
Serves as the primary point of contact among all buyers, decision makers, and influencers.
Develops and executes individualized plans focused on the enterprises business impact (ROI, etc).
Leads in communicating and educating prospective enterprise partners on HealthTap solutions including business impact, comparative benefits, and best practice deployment and utilization.
Leads negotiating multi-year contracts.
Closes new business.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.
5+ years’ experience in business development selling large enterprise solutions.
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with client chief executives and other key stakeholders.
Ability to navigate and operate in the C Suite of large enterprises.
Ability to solve business problems and challenges in collaboration with external and internal stakeholders.
Ability to communicate both strategic vision and detailed information to multiple stakeholders.
Ability to communicate complex product information – verbally and in writing – to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferable strong digital health background.
Preferred to have a rolodex of relationships.
Outstanding communication skills.
Experience working with Large Health Systems and/or Payors.
Experience with disruptive technology in the Enterprise or in Healthcare.
