What you will do:

Design, develop, and own key partnership success metrics by collaborating with partner teams

Collaborate with internal teams (i.e., Product, Engineering, Data) and partners to build and evolve reports/dashboards to manage implementation performance

Identify and share data-driven insights drawn from on-the-ground implementations being led by project teams

Prepare presentations for partner leadership (i.e., executive team, board of directors) to drive key partnership decisions

Share implementation progress across partners with internal teams to evolve how we operationalize our current and future partner solutions



What we need:

You’re deeply passionate about making the world a happier, healthier place

You have 3+ years of experience applying range of approaches to solve challenging and meaningful analytical problems (e.g., hypothesis-driven, experiment-oriented)

You have a Bachelors or Masters degree in a quantitative discipline (i.e., Math, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, etc.)

You bring expert-level knowledge of business intelligence and analytics tools such as Tableau, Qlik, Alteryx, MicroStrategy, Excel, etc. and associated data-driven capabilities (e.g., modeling, data visualization)

You’re highly proficient in using advanced SQL with relational databases and data warehouses

You’re detail-oriented, enjoy strong metrics-based processes, and can synthesize complex data into actionable business decisions

You’re experienced with user conversion optimization (i.e., acquisition, activation, engagement, referrals)

You like extreme ownership and autonomy in a fast-paced environment

You enjoy educating others (you love the challenge of explaining your predictive model to your grandmother)

You’re interested in why something happened, not just what happened


What would be nice to have:

Management consulting experience

Behavioral psychology background

Experience with R, Python, Hive, AWS, Redshift

An entrepreneurial, scrappy background preferred

Work experience in a smaller startup (e.g., gaming, travel, fintech) is a plus

Experience with user lifecycle development and management
