We are looking for a motivated, resourceful and independent Recruiter to help source, attract, and help onboard the best talent for Vlocity. ‘People are the Core’ is one of the key values of our company and the Recruiting team plays a fundamental role in upholding this globally. In this role, you will be entrusted to use your creativity, critical thinking and analytical skills to seek out the best individuals to help us scale our worldwide organization.
S/he will report to the VP of Operations and People to identify high potential candidates from diverse backgrounds across several different functional areas. This person will need to quickly grasp and understand the unique qualities and background that make up a successful Vlocity employee. Help identify potential candidates from relevant networks, online and internal databases, employee referrals and passive candidates through networking and research.

Desired Certifications / Qualifications
- BA/BS required
- Five to seven years of recruiting/sourcing/operations experience
- Software industry experience a plus
