Key Responsibilities

Support attorneys with contracts, IP portfolio management and compliance
Organize and manage contracts and contract management system, including tracking contracts deadlines, managing contract draft versions, and facilitating approvals and signatures
Track deadlines for IP portfolios and timely coordinate with attorneys and business stakeholders
Track deadlines for all other filings and compliance matters and coordinate with attorneys
Update playbooks for company contract templates including NDAs and other commercial contracts; respond to internal client inquiries regarding contract terms consistent with company guidelines
Other functions to support the Legal department as needed
Required Skills & Experience

Qualified candidates will combine superior academic credentials with relevant industry experience and have a record of successful delivery of complex, multi-faceted projects. Specific requirements are:

BA/BS degree
10+ years of paralegal and/or contracts management experience
In-house legal experience, including current knowledge of market leading Legal Ops tools
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point); knowledge of Westlaw or LexisNexis preferred
Prior track record of success in setting up and managing contracts workflow and management processes
Working knowledge of non-disclosure agreements and software license contracts
Excellent organizational, communication (verbal and written), analytical, and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities and track extensive details
Must be a motivated self-starter able to multi-task in a dynamic environment
