We are seeking a Director of Recruiting to lead global talent acquisition. This will require a strong individual who possesses the ability to think strategically while executing operational excellence. Candidate will have accountability and responsibility for leading, managing, and delivering upon the company’s human capital acquisition goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic talent acquisition approach to achieve company goals in attracting and engaging top industry talent.
Deliver quick and driven results for aggressive hiring plans for technical and non-technical roles across the organization.
Partner with key company stakeholders to create recruiting roadmaps and identify strategic hiring plans.
Analyze best practices, and operational improvements, including applicant tracking system and tools.
Create innovative and non-traditional sourcing strategies, programs, events and campaigns to help hire the best talent.
Expand the University Relations program to increase the new college graduate pipeline.
Develop and manage recruiting reports, dashboards, and metrics. Establish and track metrics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruiting team, hiring managers, and interview teams, and candidate experience.
Lead with data, analytics and insights to drive operational improvements and excellence to support our rapid growth.

Bachelor's degree from top university or college
Minimum of 10 years’ recruitment leadership experience.
Demonstrated background in recruitment strategy, conception and development supported by operational depth.
Ability to partner with all levels of the organization, including CEO and executive team.
Ability to translate data and analysis into strategic recruitment recommendations and follow through with metric-driven execution.
Solid understanding of HR related regulations and compliance procedures globally.
Organizational, communication, leadership and client service skills.
Strategic thinker with exceptional data analysis and analytical skills.
Must be resourceful, detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills.
Experience building and optimizing recruiting infrastructure (e.g., recruiting strategy, budget, tools, university recruiting).
Strong knowledge of the Software Engineering market.
Experience working and partnering cross-functionally to drive results.
Experience with technologies such as Jobvite, Greenhouse, and HackerRank
Startup experience is a plus.
Global recruiting experience preferred.
