Alliance Director – System Integration Partners at C3 IoT

The Alliance Director will be responsible for managing C3 loT’s alliances with its system integration (SI) partners, including go-to-market strategy, execution, and partner enablement.

The Alliance Director acts as the general manager of multiple partnerships, and will oversee and manage all efforts to expand channel sales through multiple SI partners. The position is measured by and expected to achieve all agreed upon partner goals.


Develop and implement partnership strategy, including strategic sales and go-to­ market plans
Develop and manage partner market development funds (MDF), and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to execute partner marketing campaigns
Manage programs to maximize sales revenue, touch, and influence for the SI partners
Represent C3 loT by driving business development initiatives
Engage in business development and ongoing partner success
Be accountable for partner sales quotas and partnership P&L
Develop and actively maintain partner sales forecasts across assigned accounts and lines of business
Measure and report results of partner plan execution
Identify areas for improvement and act to implement positive change
Manage development and execution of external and internal partner communications plans
Collaborate with Sales, Products, and Marketing to develop new product offerings within existing and new lines of business
Required Skills and Qualifications:

5+ years work experience post-MBA in technology sales and/or partnership/alliance management, including 2+ years work experience at a SI
MBA from a top-tier business school
Experience creating data driven programs to drive partner strategies, and partner marketing campaigns and events
Exemplary written and oral communication skills
Excellent interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills
Understanding of big data analytics and AI/machine learning concepts
