About the role

Reserve, a leading restaurant technology provider, is quickly growing and hiring in one of the fastest growing food scenes in the country, Atlanta. Reserve has established itself as a national name by partnering with industry leaders like Blue Hill at Stone Barns, Eataly, Rick Bayless, Major Food Group and Vivian Howard. Having touched down in Atlanta less than a year ago, Reserve is already claiming some of the biggest names in the local scene by partnering with the Resurgens Hospitality Group, Castellucci Hospitality Group, Aria and BoccaLupo, to name just a few. This role will be focused on increasing the selection of restaurants in the Atlanta market by building and executing a sales and growth strategy with aid from the senior Operations leadership.


Work with senior management to continue development of the sales strategy and overall growth plan for the greater Atlanta market

Define and execute on strategic partnerships for scaling Reserve presence in market

Manage and own the entire sales process from prospecting to close and forward looking forecasts

Foster and grow partnerships with restaurants and industry leaders establishing yourself as trusted expert in this greater market

Provide ongoing feedback channel to other internal departments regarding needs of the Atlanta market

About You

You are devoted to and have a deep understanding of the hospitality and restaurant industry

You are a self-starter that loves the challenge of disrupting an industry that is ripe for change

You are goal driven and possess a sales focused mindset with a proven track record of not only achieving, but consistently exceeding sales targets

You have strong relationships with leaders within the hospitality industry, specifically top restaurants in Atlanta

You possess strong written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external communication

You enjoy being part of a team and thrive on working collaboratively while in a remote location

You are tech-savvy, forward thinking, and willing to roll up your sleeves no matter what is required in a fast-paced startup environment

You will also have the following:

3-4+ years of relevant sales, and/or operational experience, selling to restaurants and/or technology is a plus

Proven understanding of restaurant operations (org structure, financials, operations, etc.)

Comfort working autonomously and/or on a small team in an unstructured and ambitious environment
