As a senior member of Clover's Product team, you will partner with leaders across the organization to set clear goals, develop strategies, and execute on major business initiatives and programs. Product Managers should be comfortable with ambiguity and dive into details at the last minute. We are looking for strong product leaders with diverse backgrounds who have grown out product management organization.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will:

Acquaint yourself with the health insurance space and dive into the complexities of our business. You will build relationships with stakeholders across levels, form a strategy and vision, and lead a diverse, cross-functional group to success.

Partner closely with your engineering counterparts during discovery, execution, and in shared accountability.

Build products that support our internal operations teams to ensure that they can be most effective with our members and providers.

Use data, insight, and workflow tooling to build software that is critical for sustaining and building a robust team of operators

Work on a wide array of products ranging from operational workflow tools, to compliance and regulatory products, to critical vendor integrations.

Understand the business needs and translate them into a product vision and technical requirements.

Prioritize features, define success metrics, and plan roadmaps.

Mentor people around you, helping the entire team level up in skills.

You're persistent & scrappy. You find what needs to get done and you find a way to do it. You're creative with your approach and love diving in and getting your hands dirty.

You're an incredible communicator. What we're doing is complicated. You need to know how to communicate nuances and surface the interconnections. Your communication will enable us to act as a strong team and company.

You have an unsatisfiable curiosity and an appetite to learn.

You should get in touch if:

You have 5-10 years of hands-on Product Management experience with a demonstrable track record of shipping and maintaining products.

You are a strong product leader with a proven track record of scaling out product management organization.

You're are a leader and understand how to drive value on major strategic business initiatives and programs to deliver results.

You're solutions oriented & collaborative. There are thousands of opportunities across healthcare, we must work together, leverage each other's expertise, and focus on doing what's right for our members and the company.

You have experience with user research, UX, and design overall.

You have enterprise software experience (preferred, but not required).

You have healthcare experience (preferred, but not required).
