WorkFusion is seeking a Coordinator to field marketing team. Responsibilities range from internal external across all aspects of event execution, creative . The ideal candidate is detail oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for engaging customers and employees through events.


Own event tracking and marketing program calendar. Keep information up to date for all events and marketing programs
Execute and support research to identify relevant sponsored event opportunities
Assist in managing logistical details for all field marketing events including conferences, tradeshows, hosted event
Maintain internal communication channels to promote all WorkFusion events across channels
Own venue research, bookings and logistics for assigned projects
Follow up with event hosts for post event information including attendance numbers and other key metrics
Act as liaison and support between internal and external event lead when required and coordinate across internal departments (facilities, AV, food, security) to ensure flawless event execution
Manage budget parameters and keep P&L on assigned projects

You want to expand your marketing skillset and learn field marketing from the inside out
You are able to prioritize and execute tasks in an environment of shifting priorities, demands, and timelines
You are a true multi-tasker, able to coordinate several projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets
You enjoy problem solving, especially in crisis situations
You are a strong communicator and relationship builder and are able to ensure cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including management, peers, and customers
Detail orientation is your middle name
You’re able to work nights and/or weekends when events require support after typical business hours
You’re willing to travel 15% of the time
Bachelor's degree required
Project management know how
2-4 years experience in B2B marketing, ideally in enterprise software
