WorkFusion is looking for someone to partner with the US Head of People Operations to handle recruitment needs in the US, London, and India locations, as well as general performance and people managment, and administrative responsibilites around immigration, reporting, metrics, payroll, and headcount budgets.


Build deep partnerships with hiring managers to understand their team's hiring needs, capabilities and knowledge requirements/gaps, business, and team dynamics
End-to-end recruitment process management
Develop sourcing strategies and research methods that are successful in attracting viable candidates
Create and manage dashboard and HR reporting metrics for management and board
Manage immigration process for H1-B and L1-A applications
Help in on-boarding of new employees
Work to constantly improve employee morale and enforce WorkFusion's company values

Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruitment or HR generalist experience
Motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Effective time management and prioritization skills
Superb written and verbal communication skills that resonate with WorkFusion's voice
