The Administrative Support team is essential to improving the overall efficiency and productivity of our teams, and the organization as a whole. The team has the unique experience of being able to partner with Leadership across different functions and gain first-hand exposure to all sides of the business. Individuals are expected to think critically and challenge the traditional administrative processess; and find creative ways to fundamentally improve the way that Clover works and makes decisions.



We are looking for an experienced and autonomous Executive Assistant to join the team and provide full-cycle support to member(s) of our Executive Team. You will have the opportunity to scope and execute on special cross-functional projects and are expected to partner with the Executive Team to drive strategic initiatives.



As an Executive Assistant, you will:



Manage and oversee complex calendars; schedule internal and external meetings across various time zones, while being able to anticipate conflicts and quickly resolve scheduling issues.

Provide full-cycle support to members of the Executive team; relieving them of all administrative detail, project, and workflows.

Partner with the Executive Team and the rest of the organization to pro-actively gather context around meetings in an effort to understand priorities, and drive calendaring strategy.

Be responsible for creating and reviewing agendas prior to meetings, as well as aggregating all resources prior to events. Materials may be confidential and time-sensitive.

Ability to own and deliver internal initiatives from conception to conclusion.

Coordinate domestic travel arrangements and be available to triage any issues as they arise.

Greet guests and ensure onsite meetings flow smoothly (e.g. ordering lunch, printing materials, virtual meetings etc.).

Assist with printing, document management and other ad hoc requests.

Manage and oversee special projects from the Executive Team or within the Administrative Team as necessary.
