Restaurant Success Manager- Chicago at Reserve

About the role

Reserve is looking for a full-time Customer Success Manager for our Chicago Market. This role will be focused on account management for our restaurant customers in Chicago. You will be responsible for owning Reserve’s relationships with restaurants with a focus on helping our customers get the most out of our products and helping to make them successful. You will be the primary point person for our restaurant partners starting after they’ve been onboarded and through the entire customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities include:

Managing 80+ restaurant relationships on day to day basis.
Consolidating and presenting data analysis to restaurant customers to support success and future development
Contributing records and notes to a team-wide customer relationship management database
Serve as a trusted point of contact and resource for our partners
Monitor feedback channels and work closely with restaurants to resolve issues
Identifying trends and opportunities and collaborating with our Product Management team to define product offerings and improvements for restaurants
Primary performance metrics for this position are: churn, renewals, referrals, customer advocacy
About You

You have excellent organizational skills and love to stay (at least) one step ahead. You are an excellent and empathetic communicator and manager. You are capable of working well with a team to understand client issues and develop appropriate responses and solutions. You’re capable of naturally building rapport and establishing trust. You display a willingness to make decisions in a timely fashion, exhibiting sound and accurate discernment, with an ability to support and explain reasoning behind those decisions. You are agile and able to adjust your account management and operations tactics to achieve desired results, then share those results with the organization. You also have deep relationships in and understanding of the Chicago restaurant scene.

You will also have the following:

2-3+ years of relevant account management, sales, and/or operational experience
Proven understanding of restaurant operations (org structure, financials, etc.)
Comfort working independently and/or on a small team in an unstructured and ambitious environment
Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking (i.e., you are comfortable with spreadsheets)
Ambitious spirit and "get stuff done" attitude
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Extraordinary organizational skills, ability to run a tight ship
Insatiable appetite for fine cuisine and dining out
College degree preferred
Preference given to applicants with experience in hospitality with a deep empathy and understanding for the restaurant industry
