HealthTap is looking for an experienced leader for our Sales Engineering and Solution Architect team. The ideal candidate will be a mission driven technologist who loves to solve big client problems in Healthcare. An experienced leader, who can develop and lead a fast growing organization.



Responsibilities:

Build the Sales Engineering and Solution Architect team with responsibility for setting strategy, hiring, developing and growing the team

Lead the technical forecast process as part of the Global Sales leadership team

Provide vision and strategy for technical sales and technical business development teams

Member of the Global Sales leadership team

Work closely with Product team to define new products and services based on client feedback and requests

Own technical competitive landscape and opportunities

Manage technical escalations for technical and product related questions from pre / post sales team

Lead Analyst relations



Required:

10 years of experience in SaaS technical sales or product management

BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related software engineering field, or equivalent experience

Experience in leading and running technical client facing teams

Strong Mobile and SaaS experience

Experience with disruptive technology in the Enterprise or in Healthcare

Experience managing a distributed team

Confident presenting to technical and non-technical audiences

Proven credibility engaging with c-level executives
