As Head of Sales Operations, you will work closely with the Pre-Sales leadership team to set the strategy and direction for global sales operations. This is the perfect role for an experienced Sales Operation Manager, looking to move into a bigger role that will grow with the global team.

Developing Strategy and Planning for global Sales, Customer Success and Delivery
Building systems and processes to scale the team and the business
Developing Sales enablement plan and iterating with the growth of the business
Working closely with leadership to shape GTM strategy for existing and new products
Conduct market sizing and opportunity analysis to direct Sales efforts
Driving operational rigor and cadence for the Sales team and CRM reporting
Build with scale in mind
Demonstrating leadership, direction and opportunities for sustained growth

5+ years Sales and Strategy and Planning experience.
Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership, think strategically and effectively communicate vision (both written and verbal) and influence cross-functionally.
Ability to balance short-term pressures with overall long-term goals.
Strong executive presence, polish, and business savvy.
