HealthTap is looking for an experienced leader for our Sales Engineering and Solution Architect team. The ideal candidate will be a mission-driven technologist who loves to solve big cline problems in the last frontier of tech, Healthcare. One who is an experienced leader, who can develop and lead a fast growing organization.

Once onboard, you will support the client in strategy, planning, enablement, integrations for our game-changing health-tech solution. The ideal person will assist with the development of project plans and schedules, and provide research and experience on best integration options, and will help facilitate in-depth reviews with customers and stakeholders to determine business and IT requirements and will develop reports for senior client leadership.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's of Science Degree or relevant experience in Business, Information Management, or IT.
3 years client-facing consulting experience.
3 years Enterprise IT infrastructure consolidation experience.
Be able to think on your feet and dive into helping our partners with their technical issues.
Plan and executing integration engineering end-to-end, from high-level architecture down to code implementation.
Create technical content to show customers how to implement specific use cases or best practices.
Be an advocate for our partners in representing their issues to Product Management and Engineering and develop innovative ways to resolve issues.
Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
A strong technical generalist.
Confident and comfortable with customers.
Intellectually curious, with great problem-solving skills.
Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project).
Project Management Experience (PMP Certification is a plus).
Excellent business acumen.
Experience with developing IT integrations and application deployment plans.
Experience with IDP, SaaS integrations.
Experience in the healthcare industry: either in hospitals or insurance.
Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.
Proven track record of strong communication and collaboration skills (oral and written; good briefing skills).
A desire to add value to the client and help enable their success on our platform.
Experience with programming and scripting languages (Ruby, Java, C++, Python, Shell scripting, or JavaScript).
Strong understanding of web development protocols (i.e. HTML5, AJAX, XML, JSON).
