We’re looking for a full-stack marketer to own our account-based demand generation program, working closely with our marketing, account development, sales, and product teams to educate, engage and excite our enterprise target accounts about artificial intelligence marketing, and Amplero.

As Amplero’s Senior Manager of Account-Based Marketing, you would:

Continue our Account Based Marketing strategy and drive its ongoing execution and optimization
Support our ABM stack in order to leverage account-based data and technology to help our marketing and sales teams attract, engage, convert, and grow key accounts
Develop and execute awareness, thought leadership, demand generation and sales enablement strategies to penetrate key enterprise accounts in target verticals
Partner with Sales and oversee the planning and execution of personalized strategies and tactics for named accounts
Gather and share industry and account-based intelligence such as mapping the organizational decision-makers, identifying the key contacts in each account and providing regular updates on industry, company, and contacts to sales to identify/solidify selling opportunities
Measure, report, and optimize individual account based marketing programs
We’d love to hear from you if:

You're a full-stack B2B marketer with the ability to map out strategy, create content, execute campaigns, operate complex martech systems, and measure the results.
You have 5+ years experience in enterprise marketing, with experience in B2B demand generation
You have experience with CRM and marketing automation systems such as Salesforce, Marketo, and/or Eloqua; ideal candidate has familiarity/experience with other B2B advertising tools such as Demandbase or Terminus
You have an analytical mindset with ability to track and report on long-term and complex campaign performance metrics as well as lagging revenue attribution, revenue influence and ROI
You have proven success (revenue generation) of multi-channel demand generation campaigns, as well as complex and variable ABM execution using both automated and disruptive technologies via inbound and outbound channels
You're a people person - you have excellent relationship management skills with ability to build rapport, influence and deepen relationships with stakeholders, especially with Sales
You want to improve on the status quo and you have strong and disciplined project management and process improvement capabilities
You're customer-focused and you aren't afraid to prove it
Bonus point for experience with:

Marketing Technology (MarTech) or Advertising Industries
Implementing enterprise software
Marketing products and deep understanding of the martech ecosystem
