Consumer Marketing is responsible for driving the utilization of Carrum’s solution amongst our client’s population (i.e., eligible employees and dependents). This essential function will partner closely with our Customer Success team and will play a critical role as engagement and communications specialists to increase awareness of Carrum amongst eligible members and ensure that relevant information about our solution is delivered to the right people at the right time when they are deciding where and how to seek out surgical care. Above and beyond ensuring that eligible members take advantage of their new surgery benefit, Member Engagement will play a critical role in building scalable engagement processes and tools that enable Carrum to achieve explosive growth and make a significant impact in the transformation of the healthcare system towards value-based care.

Your Impact
• Develop and manage engagement/communications plans in close partnership with Carrum’s Customer Success teams and employer clients
• Execute campaigns by customizing communications for clients (as necessary) and facilitating the production and distribution of materials
• Work closely with Carrum’s product and data teams to run predictive analytics and run targeted messaging campaigns for those members at a high risk of surgery
• Craft messaging and design communications based on best practices
• Continually measure and refine the messages and engagement techniques (user testing, A-B testing, surveys, focus groups, etc.) to extract actionable insights
• Support internal and client-facing reporting on utilization of the program
• Evaluate the efficiency of different tactics considering results and cost
• Increase configurable and automated communications that can be easily deployed across a variety of client settings
You Will Be Successful If You Have
• 4-6 years of experience in marketing or communications; background in B2B2C healthcare benefit solutions preferred
• Product marketing and/or employee benefits experience
• Strong familiarity with HIPAA/PHI regulations as it relates to employee communications
• Highly detailed-oriented, extremely organized and results-driven
• Experience handling aggressive deadlines, keeping many balls in the air and prioritizing work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Entrepreneurial spirit; not afraid of ambiguity, ability to innovate, think outside the box, and solve problems creatively and strategically
• Passionate about Carrum Health’s mission to make healthcare more affordable and consumer-centric
