BA / BS degree or higher from an excellent school

Help manage HealthTap's daily operations during a period of expansive growth, ensuring our office is welcoming to visitors and a reflection of our culture and team
Manage office inventory and vendor coordination and help plan/ budget internal and external company events
Serve as a point person for high-level executive contacts, providing support, preliminary interactions, and follow-up
Handle highly confidential and sensitive information
Handle dynamic calendar management to coordinate complex internal and external meetings, presentations, and travel (including international travel)
