The Employee Experience team is focused on developing and implementing initiatives to boost engagement and happiness across the organization. The team is responsible for thinking critically and creatively about all things culture and is empowered to test out new approaches from a fresh perspective to improve the experience for all members of all teams.

We're looking for a pro-active and enthusiastic individual that's passionate about innovation and creativity, using data to make informed decisions and the challenge of designing scalable processes for a diverse and fast-moving organization.

As an Employee Experience Specialist, you will be accountable for generating new ideas and solutions surrounding morale, feedback & recognition, and overall employee engagement. You will also be expected to own and iterate on onboarding workflows and lead special cross-functional projects. We're looking for someone who is excited to work autonomously, take a solutions-oriented approach, and can leverage curiosity to contribute to defining a truly unique experience at Clover.

As an Employee Experience Specialist, you will:

Develop mechanisms to collect feedback surrounding the employee experience at Clover, use data to drive initiatives, measure the results and consistently share out findings with the organization.
Think critically about current workflows, and pro-actively optimize our current processes to ensure they are effective and scalable.
Work with key cross-functional stakeholders to manage and streamline portions of the onboarding process across all office locations.
Participate in planning team-building and morale events for the company (e.g. in-office happy hours, off-site events, etc.).
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives to foster a diverse & inclusive culture at Clover.
Assist with special projects as necessary.
