Principal UX Designer at Amplero

We are growing and looking for an experienced and action-oriented Principal UX Designer to help drive innovation in our product experience. This individual must demonstrate the ability and passion to own the experience end to end and be a relentless advocate for the user in a sophisticated, enterprise application. With the application of AI to the marketing domain, there are deep implications to the shifting boundary between man/machine – an exciting and meaty UX challenge for the right individual.

As an early stage startup, we’re looking for utility players who have a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, ideally bringing visual design skills as well as UX chops and a demonstrated ability to work directly with engineers to see their vision through to polished, delivered product.

As Amplero’s Principal UX Designer you would:

Deliver elegant and intuitive interfaces within wireframes, mockups and other design concepts
Build simplicity into a complex enterprise-grade B2B application
Reinvent workflows to incorporate the system taking action on behalf of the marketer
Innovate on delivering learnings and insights that the machine learning system is discovering back to the marketer – partner with Ph.D. data science resources
Understand and empathize with a broad range of user personas – make the rigorous data-driven approach understandable and digestible to users of all altitudes
Partner with engineering and quality assurance resources to ensure high quality experiences are delivered to end users
We’d love to hear from you if:

You have 10+ years of relevant experience
You’ve got experience with B2B web applications
You enjoy conducting user research – ideally in enterprise scenarios
You’re analytically savvy and have a track record of designing data rich experiences
You take pride in your visual and interaction design skills
You’re comfortable with front end technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript) – bonus points for implementation skills
