We are looking for an experienced leader to help expand our core engineering team. Core engineering owns all aspects of the product, from the front-end user experience to Amplero’s machine learning implementation. As an engineering leader, you will outline the implementation road map and guide the team to successful delivery. As well as building and operating these systems you will be responsible for innovating in the space, making Amplero’s engineering more efficient and delighting our customers.

As an Amplero Senior Manager, Engineering you would:

Attract, retain, and develop high quality team members
Have a strong track record in leading innovative teams and building compelling products on schedule
Provide strong technical guidance, ensuring correct technology and architecture decisions are being made
Not only build algorithms and systems but also build innovative product features
Provide product vision and guidance
We’d love to hear from you if you have:

10+ years of experience building and managing engineering teams
5+ years of experience managing and effectively operating a highly reliable and scalable system
A B.A. in Computer Science or Engineering
Experience developing long-term vision and strategy, and influences leadership decisions
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Proven ability to hire world class talent and foster an environment of innovation
Ability to manage and influence organizations of both technical and non-technical members
Deep knowledge of current software design and development methodologies, processes, best industry practices and techniques
