The Admin Support team is essential in improving the efficiency and productivity of the teams at Clover, and the company as a whole. Members of the team have the unique experience of being able to partner with leads across different functions and gain first-hand exposure to all sides of the business. The team is empowered to challenge the traditional administrative processes and find new ways to fundamentally improve the way that Clover works.

We're looking for an outgoing, autonomous Administrative Assistant to help support the Employee Experience team. As we grow, this role will have the chance to add interesting projects and responsibilities. This position is a growth oriented role as our team grows so will this position. This position is integral to the team; creating a positive atmosphere in the office.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will:

Provide scheduling assistance and ad-hoc administrative support across various departments.
Manage complex calendars, and schedule internal and external meetings across various time zones while being able to anticipate conflicts and solve scheduling issues.
Relieve Executive team of administrative detail, projects, and coordinates workflow.
Assist with employee expense reimbursements.
Responsible for confidential and time sensitive materials.
Coordinate domestic travel arrangements.
Greet guests and ensure onsite meetings flow smoothly (e.g. ordering lunch, printing materials, Zoom meetings, etc.).
Assist with special projects as necessary.
