We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist that will have a major impact on our overall sales strategy. In this role you will be tasked with innovating on operational workflows as well as developing new processes with an eye towards technology-enabled scalability. This is a great opportunity to hone your skill set and evolve within our growing organization.

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will:

Develop field and telesales agent onboarding and recertification processes.
Implement our sales process and evolve our approach to sales in order to best address specific customer segments.
Create materials and event strategies to introduce the broker community to Clover in new markets.
Own resource creation and sales tool development including, but not limited to, our broker portal and Salesforce CRM.
Partner with Product and Engineering to increase sale engagement efficiencies and develop performance dashboards.
Own marketing material development and fulfillment and serve as the key sales liaison with our marketing and design teams.
Define communication plans and provide a bridge between brokers and telesales to the rest of the organization.
Maintain a feedback loop with all sales leads in order to surface key insights and incorporate them into our overall strategy.
Contribute to, and at times lead, new Sales Operations initiatives in line with an ever-evolving sales strategy.
