The goal of our People Operations teams is to provide cross-functional guidance and support to empower our employees to do their best work. It's a big job and we're lucky to be able to do it.

Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) is critical to Clover's long-term success and to achieve this we will require a unique and scalable strategy. We're seeking an experienced and resourceful Diversity and Inclusion Manager to lead the design, implementation, and expansion of our D&I program. This is an inaugural role that will drive the goals of the established D&I workgroup and ensure that D&I is baked into Clover's internal operations.

As a Diversity and Inclusion Manager, you will:

Own, manage, and drive Clover's D&I strategy.
Develop, maintain and monitor diversity metrics to measure success and analyze gaps. Incorporate learnings into future strategy and initiatives.
Create sustained programs, practices, expectations and behaviors to foster an inclusive environment.
Collaborate with teams in San Francisco, New Jersey and future office locations to drive communication and culture.
Facilitate D&I Workgroup meetings and advocate for programs across the company.
Partner with our HR and recruiting teams on trainings, inclusive practices and metrics, and provide coaching, education, and consultancy to Clover's leadership team.
Report to our Chief Administrative Officer and work closely with multiple executives across our leadership team.
