As a Designer, Creative Lead you will:

Evolve the brand's visual expression and design language (iconography, typography, color, texture, photography, etc.).
Oversee and support the execution of multiple projects from concept to completion.
Ensure a consistent brand experience across multiple touch-points and mediums.
Provide a strategic point of view on creative and support evolving the brand strategy.
Brainstorm and create new ideas for campaigns and other ways to reach our customers while enriching our brand.
Build and mentor a team of designers looking to craft beautiful brand experiences that push Clover's brand identity forward.
Work with other teams to bring new ideas, latest trends, and visual inspiration for keeping us top-notch and contemporary.

You will love this job if:

You enjoy a collaborative environment. You'll work with designers, writers, project leads, and vendors and should be able to effectively communicate with non-designers.
You have a human-centric approach to design that is empathetic, friendly, vibrant, and approachable.
You have insatiable curiosity and appetite to elevate design and brand to support our company goals.
You are a self-starter with a love for making things.
You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office.
You are a fast learner that can pick up new tools quickly (i.e. Sketch, Klaviyo, Yammer, Quip, AirTable).

You should get in touch if:

You have 10+ years design experience in a design environment, in-house, agency or other relevant industry.
You have a diverse portfolio that showcases your experience in both print and digital (i.e billboards, direct mail, video, email, etc.).
You demonstrate excellent use of typography, color, grid, scale, balance, and hierarchy.
You are mission-driven and genuinely passionate about what design and technology can do to help people.
You have illustration, photo, or video skills (a plus!), but not required.
You have the start-up experience (a plus!), but not required.
