As a Content Specialist you are an integral member of the marketing team with a wealth of experience writing for all facets of the organization. Your copywriting and editing skills are second-to-none, and you have a proven track record of creating new, inventive, and effective content across all channels. And now, you’re helping us open that up and build out our world-class Content Platform.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with our Content Strategist, UX Specialists, Product Managers, and agencies to develop our Content Platform and integrate it with our existing technology
Work with an external partner to automate various aspects of our content strategy
Edit and review copy from third party content creators; optimize for SEO and link-building
Write high converting copy for various marketing initiatives across B2B and B2C audiences
Work with channel teams to A/B test copy, review and optimize based on conversion results
Fact check and proof read materials for grammatical and material accuracy
Moderate blog/Learning Center comments; liaise directly with the sales team on responses
Become a steward of our brand tone of voice, follow style guides and ensure all written materials meet industry and editorial standards
Be an active contributor in brainstorming and editorial planning sessions
Participate in project update/status meetings as required
Keep up-to-date and informed on the best work within our industry

What You’ll Achieve

Support the Content Strategist to rollout our Content Platform by Q4
Develop high converting content for various marketing initiatives on a weekly basis
Grow traffic from our Learning Center to Product Detail Pages (PDPs)

What You’ll Need

2+ years of content marketing/demand generation experience at a technology/ecommerce company, digital agency or related
Strong command of the English language, both written and oral
A solid understanding of SEO, UX research and social media best practices
Link management and link building experience
Experience working with technology teams
Experience with WordPress, HTML, Hootsuite, Google Keyword Planner, Google Analytics/Adobe Omniture, SEMrush, and MOZ
Experience delivering content that works for B2B and B2C audiences
Keen ability to mine through data to track, measure, and modify tactics based on relevant insights
Ability to manage third party vendors to achieve business goals
Proactive in a very fast paced environment
The ability to operate under pressure and meet deadlines; includes strong multitasking skills
Able to work independently on projects and also collaborate as a team member
