As the Supply Chain Coordinator you have strong communication skills that can maintain organization while managing multiple priorities. Your ability to multitask is second to none, and your aptitude for executing a task is legendary. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the business to qualify, process, and track order information for our vendors’ accounts with third party customers.

What You’ll Do

Create and process orders within the required cut-off times while ensuring order accuracy
Manage the Supply Chain Services (SCS) logistics program including quoting rates from carriers in a timely manner, creating bill of ladings, and gathering tracking information
Set up new vendors and account services
Build positive relationships with BuildDirect’s vendors and warehouses
Generate weekly and monthly SCS reports
Provide assistance to the Warehousing team for SCS document creation and maintenance, as well as operational support as necessary
Coordinate with a variety of teams across the organization to ensure that the SCS program is operating efficiently and effectively
Conduct warehouse physical inventory counts when needed
Assisting the Merchandising team with creating SKUs
Assist in various projects as required

What You’ll Achieve

Process all orders same day of receipt
Provide rates from carriers within the same day of request
Maintain an order accuracy rate of 100%
Generate weekly and monthly reports for the SCS program

What You’ll Need

2-3 years of experience coordinating in a logistics or inventory team
Ability to clearly set customer and vendor expectations through excellent verbal and written skills
Juggle multiple tasks with a strong ability to prioritize.
Well-developed organization and time-management skills
A certificate or diploma in general business, communication, administration or related field
