Inside Sales Representative at KEY Concierge

Launched in early 2014, KEY is a technology-enabled high-end concierge service reaching guests across multiple channels, including vacation rental, private aviation, boutique hotel and private member groups in America’s most celebrated cities. KEY takes the “guest work” out of traveling by matching our guests’ preferences with the best a destination has to offer. From wheels down to wheels up, KEY handles all of the details so our guests don’t have to.

Confident, results-oriented, top-performers who are comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and laser focused on hitting targets

Communications aficionados - personable, engaging, comfortable interacting professionally with guests over phone, email and text

Tech-savvy individuals who pride themselves on staying in the know on luxury travel trends

Creative individuals who can listen to guests’ needs and create tailored, brand-relevant solutions (but who also get the numbers) - extremely comfortable with upselling

JOB EXPERIENCE

Sales experience, preferably in a client-building business

Experience building strong relationships - with guests, vendors and internal team members

Proven strong organizational skills and attention to detail



WHAT YOU OWN - HOW YOU’LL GROW
Actively engage and prospect leads to create personalized travel itineraries across our amazing vacation destinations

Focus on consistently meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly sales quotas

Connect with warm leads by phone, text and/or by email to initiate their planning with KEY

Engage with KEY vendors to book experiences for guests

Partner with local concierge team to ensure guest itineraries are flawlessly executed
