Job Description
At Vlocity we are developing the first of kind company by ushering in the next wave of Cloud Computing. Specifically, we are creating, from scratch - The Industry Cloud. The Industry Cloud is designed to meet the critical omni-channel sales, service and marketing drivers of the biggest brands on the globe. Role Description:
Simply put, you will lead the charge in creating compelling, high-fidelity, aesthetically pleasing product demonstrations that lead to revenue.

Your Day to Day Activities will Include:
Working with head of department to prioritize the most compelling projects
Collaborating with sales consulting team members to understand customer requirements
Providing recommendations for solving critical use case scenario thru compelling UX
Develop process and system for cataloging library of UX assets for customer engagements
Interact with product management and engineering on qualified projects
Establish standards for demo assets
Participate in team training to ensure your efforts are scalable
Participate in customer and prospect meetings



Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
*An understanding of user experience, user research, interaction design, and design principles
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HCI, Industrial Design, Graphic Design or related field
•4+ years of experience in UX/Interaction Design
•A professional portfolio demonstrating interaction design experience
•Problem solving and communication skills that demonstrate you know how to
1) understand user needs,
2) translate those needs into modern and intuitive experiences, and
3) justify design choices and adjust decisions based on feedback
Know the rules of good interaction design and know when to break them
• Experience with wire-framing tools (e.g., Illustrator, Sketch, Axure, Balsamiq, etc.)
• Technical acumen with web technologies - HTML, CSS, and browser capabilities across platforms
• Experience designing for enterprise SaaS, analytics, accessibility, and mobile apps
* Salesforce experience is a BONUS!
