The Administrative Support team is essential in improving the efficiency and productivity of the teams at Clover and the company as a whole. Members of the team have the unique experience of being able to partner with leads across different functions and gain first-hand exposure to all sides of the business. The team is empowered to challenge traditional administrative processes and find new ways to fundamentally improve the way that Clover works.

We're looking for an outgoing, autonomous Administrative Assistant to help support the Employee Experience team. As we grow, this person will have the chance to add interesting projects and responsibilities. This is a growth-oriented role—as our team grows, so will this position. This position is integral to the team, creating a positive atmosphere in the office.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will:

Provide scheduling assistance and ad-hoc administrative support across various departments.

Manage complex calendars and schedule internal and external meetings across various time zones while being able to anticipate conflicts and solve scheduling issues.

Relieve the Executive team of administrative detail, work on projects, and coordinate workflows.

Assist with employee expense reimbursements.

Be responsible for confidential and time-sensitive materials.

Coordinate domestic travel arrangements.

Greet guests and ensure onsite meetings flow smoothly (e.g. ordering lunch, printing materials, Zoom meetings, etc.).

Assist with special projects as necessary.

You have excellent written and verbal communication.

You have some college experience—a degree is a plus, but we place more emphasis on desire to do good work and grow than a traditional education.
