As the AGM, you are the quarterback of regional growth and expansion, ultimately responsible for sales and sales management with local partners, operations, customer and merchant experience, and the growth of our business in the major cities of the Midwest. This means that local partnerships, marketing, service quality management, social media & PR are all in scope and the AGM develops a solid understanding of the local markets.

The mixture of analytical ability, creative skills, leadership and hustle makes the AGM position a challenging role but if you are incredibly intelligent, talented and think you have what it takes, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the team in regional expansion, growing revenue and order volume
  • Detailed project & people management of launching new cities in the Midwest
  • Manage deployment and quality of supply (i.e. coffee & restaurant partners)
  • Initiate creative local marketing strategies and user growth campaigns
  • Analyze business data to assess performance of growth campaigns & user engagement
  • Represent Ritual at local events and with local PR
  • Help scale our other cities through developing and sharing best practices


  • 6+ years of operations or sales management experience
