Account Manager @ Ritual

At Ritual, amazing service is at our core. We're obsessive about wowing our merchant partners and customers via the support we provide them. In this role, you'll be a major contributor to our sales and operations teams by being the voice of Ritual to our partners, and encouraging them to become more deeply engaged with our marketing programs.

The successful candidate will be a well-rounded, genuine person who has the passion to hustle like nobody’s business and deliver exceptional results.


  • Work with City Teams to identify high value opportunities for marketing programs within the Ritual network
  • Developing deeper relationships with existing merchant partners to close additional marketing programs  
  • Nurture inbound restaurant leads to bring them onto the Ritual network
  • Work with the the Ritual operations team to handle minor account responsibilities such as menu updates
  • Be accountable for meeting weekly and monthly KPIs

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • University or College degree preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • You’re a hustler: Take ownership of Ritual’s growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done
